#907 Time dead-lines can also cause respiratory problems

Tamil Super Star Rajinikanth has been hospitalised for the second time, at Isabel Hospital,Chennai, on the 4th May 2011.
First admission was on 29th April 2011.
Breathing troubles and respiratory problems.
Allergic bronchitis.
High fever.
Proposed stay in Intensive Care Unit : 2 days.
Working on his film 'Rana' with 'Deepika Padukone' in the female lead.
Performing 'triple role'.

COMMENTS
Not easy to perform a triple role. Shifting from one role to another can cause triple tension.

Need to comply with time dead-lines can cause substantial stress and tension , though Rajinikanth might have been accustomed to it in his profession. Disciplining mind can reduce conscious tension. Hidden tension of the organs will remain. Auto-suggestions can take care of the tip of the iceberg called 'stress and tension', but not the subliminal unrest.

Subliminal unrest must cease to ooze out from its origin, i.e. a nervous constriction caused by a need to complete things at the appointed time on the appointed date in the appointed manner. The mind is yoked to the goal post. The mind continuously struggles to win the confidence and respect of the persons moving around the performer.

One must get rid of the need to secure the applause of the listeners/viewers/clients/media etc. Apprehensions of not completing the task within the stipulated schedule will cause
agony. I do not want anybody's praise. What will happen if I do not complete this shot in the first take itself?

Financial Loss? Financial loss becomes 'monstrously large' because the Hero charges stellar amounts and spends large sums on building sets and out-door locations. He will not have had such stress if he goes for a low budget film, shot at leisure. Other players also get less stressed, when they find that the hero himself adopting a practical and less strenuous approach.

I am not canvassing for inertial, lethargy and sluggishness while seeking a less strenuous approach. I only appeal that he sheds his excess glory and larger than life image.

This will be good for his own health and for the health of the Tamil, Kannada and the Marathi Nations.
